The following delegate fees will be for the 13th Conference for company budget purposes:

Regular Delegate:  Early Mover Rate (payment received by April 8, 2009)  - 945 US$

                            Regular Pre- Registration (payment received by May 7, 2009) - 1095 US$

                            On-Site Registration Pricing (starting May 8th) - 1195 US$

The rules on technical papers submitted, accepted and meets publication requirements for delegate attendees is as follows:  Speaker (one per paper only) - $200 US Dollars, Co-authors - Early rate less $100 or $845 per co-author.

If you make reservations with the hotel under our block, the rate this year is very good again, $204 per room per night plus taxes.  In Houston, the hotel tax is 17%.

Please note that two lunches, two receptions, continental breakfast in the exhibit area, and breaks, and proceedings are all included in the delegate charges.

I need a letter of invitation to submit with my visa application.  What do I need to do?

If you or any delegate requires a letter of invitation, we are happy to send this information provided the delegate supplies the following information to us:
