Technical Program
The technical program was increased to 46 accepted papers this year. We had a record level of abstracts submitted and we
appreciate receiving all the excellent abstracts.
This year's program is again power-packed with case studies,best practices, new approaches and solutions,
new technology developments, and a number of impact papers from speakers that literally come from
around the world who will be sharing knowledge and experiences with their peers leading E&P petroleum data and
information management.

Registration
Same pricing as at the last three years' meetings:
Early rate: $945 per delegate 2 or more take $50 off
Normal rate after April 16, 2012: $1045 per delegate
On Site Rate starts May 11, 2012: $1145 per delegate
Please note that lunches, receptions, continental breakfast in the exhibit area,
breaks, and proceedings are all included in the base delegate charges.
Hotel
The host hotel is again the Renaissance Houston Hotel - Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046
The hotel is conveniently located at Highway 59 at Edloe Street.
The Galleria Mall and Highland Village entertainment district are nearby as are museums and areas of interest.
A room block has been arranged with a special rate of US$167.00 single/double plus tax. Houston tax is 17%.

April 23, 2012, thereafter rooms and rates are subject to availability. A limited block is available and
once sold out, we may not be able to guarantee rooms at the special rate.

50% Refund will be made up to April 16, 2012. A substitute delegate is welcome.
